- If the project is cancelled before start of the work, the customer is entitled to receive the entire payment.
- If the Client WEBSITE/Web Development work has started, then the customer will be refunded 25% of the amount paid.
- If the project development is complete and the code shifted to main server, then the customer will not be refunded any amount.
- Any issues should be mutually resolved by both the parties.
